What is your returns policy?
You have 14 calendar days after receipt of goods to tell us of your intention to return your item(s) providing the item(s) are in a new, re-sellable condition, and complete with all original components and packaging. You are then responsible for returning the item(s) within 14 calendar days of cancelling.
Returns should be sent back to the following address:

Please include a copy of the original invoice or order and a brief explanation of the problem together with your name, address, email and contact number.
Any missing or damaged items that are returned may cause the return to be rejected or have the cost to replace these item(s) deducted from the credit you receive.
All refunds will be applied back to the original payment method.
How should I send the items back?
It is extremely rare that items go missing in the post, however, we advise using a postal or courier service that offers some element of tracking. Please remember your items are your responsibility until they have been received by us, and we cannot be held responsible and/or will not cover any items that should go missing.
It is the sender’s responsibility to mail the returning item/s with adequate postage to cover the item cost and weight should it get lost in transit.
